Upon tour confirmation, a 25% non refundable deposit of the total amount is required, which can be remitted by providing your Credit Card details. The remaining balance of 75% should be settled on arrival in Dominica.

Your deposit is needed to secure your tour participation and guarantee your reservation.  In the event that you have to cancel your tour, the 25% deposited will be forfeited. 

If the full amount has been paid and a cancellation request is received 72 hours before tour dispatch, we will refund 50% of the total amount. Notice received less than 72 hours prior to tour dispatch, or no show, will not be refunded.

In very rare instances where we have received full payment and have to cancel your tour, or are unable to operate it, you will receive a full refund. This may result from unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, which are entirely beyond our control.

We strongly encourage all visitors to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. 

Participants at this tour should wear proper walking shoes and light clothing.
