The Apartments comprise of 5 newly constructed units: 3 single bedroom units located upstairs, 2 double bedroom units located downstairs, living room (with television), bathroom, shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. At the guest house we offer you an apartment with self service facilities (sheets and towels are included).

Cancellation Policy:
A 50 % deposit is required for confirmation. This deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival. 

No Show Penalty: Forfeit deposit. Please note that the hotel will not refund a last minute cancellation in case of Hurricanes, Storms, Bad weather, Plane/Boat cancellation, Plane/Boat delays.

Therefore, it is advised that you always get travel insurance. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date you booked or if you leave the hotel earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, this will result in the full payment of the total stay.
