- Upon tour confirmation, a 25% non refundable deposit of the total amount is required, which can be remitted by providing your credit card details. The remaining balance of 75% should be settled on arrival in Dominica.
- Tour cancellation results in the loss of the 25% deposit.
- If the full tour amount has been paid and a cancellation request is received 72 hours before tour departure you will receive a 50% refund.
- If the full tour amount has been paid and cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to tour depature, or no-show, there will be no refund.
- In very rare instances where you have paid in full and the tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will receive a full refund. This may result from unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, which are beyond the control of the tour operator.
- To avoid disappointment over cancellations it is strongly encourage that all visitors purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
