Fine food and wine are an integral part of The Royal Hatton and they pride themselves on their high standard of service. Their relaxing and elegant restaurant seats 20 guests. It overlooks the extraordinary Pagua River and offers service in a custom-made botanical garden.
Head Chef Jean Louis Evans, is a Master of Culinary Arts has an extraordinary passion for his work and this shines through in the dishes he creates and develops menus using ingredients from the Kitchen Garden.
Evans and his team will happily discuss any special dietary requirements you may have.
Restaurant Opening Hours
The Royal Hatton Restaurant opens daily to residents and non -residents for lunch (12 noon - 2 pm daily) and dinner (7pm-9pm daily).

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE-BOOKING FEE
Silks requires a booking fee of 30% based on total amount of your stay. the booking fee will be charged upon your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be made prior to the hotel cancellation deadline:
- Cancellations 30 days before arrival: 100% refund (excluding 3.5% bank transfer charge).
- Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival : 50% refund (excluding bank transfer charge)
- Cancellations between 15 and arrival: no refund.
If you do not cancel or change your reservations before the cancellation policy period applicable to Silks , you will be subjected to cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made through email only to obtain a valid cancellation reference- if notified directlyto the hotel via phone or fax, they are not valid and full payment is applied. You agree to pay any cancellation or chage fee if you do cancel your reservations witin the agreed timeframe. In some cases, we do not permit or change cancellations of reservations after they are made, usually for stays during holiday period or special events.
Please note, that the hotel will not refund a last minute cancellation in cse of Hurricanes, Storms, Bad weather, Plane/Boat Cancellation, Plane/Boat delays. Therefore, we advise you to always obtain a travel insurance.
NO SHOW
If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date you booked or leave hotel earlier than the date which you booked to leave, this will result in the full payment of the total stay.
REFUNDS
All requests for a refund must be received in writing with supporting documentation within 30 days of departure from the hotel. They will only refund the card that was used to pay for the reservation.
