During the tour you will be informed about the history of the island. On arrival at the village, you will be met by local tour guides who will continue the tour. You will hike to the waterfall where you will have the opportunity to swim in the cool clear waters. After this, there is a village walk followed by a meeting with the local herbalist. Tour his organic farm, herbal garden and sample herbal teas.

Lunch is prepared by the villagers who serve up local produce and seasonalities of the local farmers. After lunch we head of for a historical tour of a former slave plantation.

Cancellation policy

- A 25% non refundable deposit is required, this can be remitted by providing your credit card details. The remaining balance of 75% should be settled on arrival in Dominica.
- All cancellations will loss the 25% deposit.
- If the full amount has been paid, cancellation made at least 72 hours prior to departure receieve a 50% refund. If the full amount has been paid, cancellations made within 72 hours prior to tour depature, or no-shows, receive no refund.
- In very rare instances where your tour is cancelled by the tour operatory you will receive a full refund. This may result from unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, which are entirely beyond our control.
- To avoid disappointment relating to cancellation it is strongly recommended that all visitors purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
